Fascinating to see the before/after images of my scalp and hair follicles. Alina provided warm service and had excellent skill handling my head from side to side. The salon space is open, clean and quiet. The chairs are comfortable and they provide blankets which is a nice touch. 10/10 will Oo Spa again.

Facial: Cindy is a great aesthetician, she asked me straightforward questions and explained how the usage of the myufull products everyday are important to make the facials more beneficial. She said if you are spending money for the facial, make it worth it by spending a little more for the products that give you a glow everyday. The conversation was a gamechanger in my skincare journey. I had many breakouts and hyperpigmentation, I have been using the products for a month and seeing so many changes, gradually led to no breakouts and the healing has started. Skin is becoming very healthy by the day. Thank you Cindy, you’re the best! Hair spa: Mahnaz was the specialist, and right from the beginning she paid attention to detail from explaining the process, the products, being very gentle with my hair and making sure I was comfortable with utmost respect, care and a lovely smile. My hair feels extremely soft and shiny right after the treatment, I got the Japanese Headspa and scalp treatment. Highly recommend!

Anam Liu2024-09-24Amazing experience and service! This is my go to relaxation spa for the cell rejuvenation treatment and the premium head spa treatment. The facial treatment uses products that are scent free and gentle on the skin, the biowarmy peel does not irritate my skin at all. Cindy was providing insightful explanations to the products used and was always checking in on me to see how I was doing. My skin felt smooth and supple and hydrated afterwards! As for the premium head spa, we are so grateful that the gentle yet deep and careful cleansing of the scalp by Cindy relieved my husband’s hair loss problem. He has notably more volume of hair and the health of his scalp is better than ever! As a person with constant eczema flares, no product really moisturizes well to help smooth my eczema but the lotion! I have been using it everyday and my eczema is well under control, my skin stopped itching and has no more redness! Staff are friendly and provide constructive and honest feedback that suited my skin’s needs. Highly recommend!
