I had my first hair spa treatment at Oo Spa, and it honestly changed my views on hair care. Carol, my specialist for the day, was clear, professional, and explained every step of the Signature Japanese Headspace Scalp Treatment. You get to see your scalp before and after the customized treatment, and it's honestly night and day. I have an oily scalp, which leads to my hair flattening out through the day and feeling heavy, but after my treatment, my head and hair felt amazingly clean even after a full day sweating in the 30c heat. Mahnaz was AMAZING! My scalp treatment left my hair feeling amazing and was so relaxing! From the hand massage, to the hot towel for my eyes, to the head massages and treatments and then the shoulder massage- everything Mahnaz did left me relaxed. A wonderful experience with Carol at the Oo Spa this week, would highly recommend! I received the Japanese head spa treatment and loved the results, even with only one visit! I got the Signature Japanese Head Spa treatment with Carol and the experience was ever so luxurious.
I like that they analyzed the my scalp before and showed me the gunk and buildup at the roots. That was fascinating to see.
I definitely dozed off for parts of it because it was THAT relaxing.

The only feedback I have was when they brought the magnifying machine back to show me the after results the bright light from the machine was a little blinding.

Other than that the experience was stellar. From the moment you walk in they offer you a hot or cold beverage and it was a treat all the way until the end.

Today, I visited for a Japanese head spa scalp & hair treatment. Carol was the senior head spa technician who looked after me. Carol began by asking if I had any concerns about my scalp, to which I said no, and she also inquired about the type of products I used. She explained the products that would be used very well. Afterward, she used a high-powered microscope connected to a screen to show me a close-up view of my hair follicles and scalp. She pointed out that I have a dry scalp and could still see some leftover hair product attached to my hair and scalp. This helped her tailor a unique treatment for me. Overall, it was very relaxing and informative.

I had such a great experience at Oo Spa! Mahnaz was the specialist, and right from the beginning she paid attention to detail from explaining the process, the products, being very gentle with my hair and making sure I was comfortable with utmost respect, care and a lovely smile.

I had initially come here due to the fact I was experiencing severe hair loss and itchiness for quite awhile. I've now come for two treatments now with master technician, Valeria Alina. After the first treatment, I followed the hair care treatment that was provided to me for a month with the lotion, hair shampoo and the f-growth factor serum. I have noticed such drastic improvements with less hair loss and less itchiness and my hair has been feeling healthier and like my own again. And after the second treatment, it feels even cleaner and healthier than before. I would definitely recommend coming here!
