I recently received a voucher to Oos spa as a birthday gift. What a wonderful gift it was! The spa was lovely and welcoming. The staff were more than lovely and friendly. The head spa was so relaxing and it was so cool to be able to see my scalp on the camera! Mahnaz did such an amazing job and was so accommodating and helpful. Hello everyone, I am here to share my amazing experience at Oo Spa in Vancouver, BC. Yesterday was my first time having a hair treatment and I am so glad I decided to go for it. As soon as I walked into the spa I was welcomed and was met by Mahnaz my hair expert for my appointment. She greeted me and offered me something to drink. As I sipped on my green tea, I enjoyed relaxing music and took some pictures and videos to share about my experience. Mahnaz then brought me to the room where my treatment was to take place. She offered me a robe and halter style coverup, during this treatment you will receive a shoulder and arm massage. Mahnaz was extremely knowledgeable she performed a scalp analysis where I got to see the condition of my scalp, oh my goodness so wild. She then walked me through the steps of the treatment and showed me what she will be using on my scalp. I am not going to go too much more into all the of it as you definitely get to treat yourself to this.
Scalp treatments are amazing for people who are experiencing hair loss and I can see why. I myself do not have issues with hair loss. My before and after treatment pictures and videos are awesome.  I had dry scalp and irritation mostly likely from the shampoo/conditioners and colour treatments I have done. This treatment has removed all the dead skin cells and dry scalp and has refreshed my scalp. Check out my before and after photos along with my hair before and after. The last photo of me is the day after the treatment which I had air dried hair and no conditioner. I woke up and didn’t even brush my hair. I am confident that this is something that I will do for the next 5 months once a month and then maintenance every 3 months. Finding out they I will no longer need to use conditioner was an added bonus. Definitely a 5 Star ⭐️ plus experience. Thank you Oo Spa and Mahnaz for the beautiful experience. I arrived expecting a long sales pitch based on the other reviews but was pleasantly surprised that I wasn’t pressured into buying anything. The woman that did my treatment (6pm on Mar 31, 2024) was SO nice and gentle. She made sure to explain all products she’d be using on me. The treatment is on the pricey side however it’s definitely nice to do as a treat.

My only note is the shoulder massage was not the best as there were 2 towels placed on me, on top of the silky robe, so her hands were slipping and sliding on my shoulders. So barely any contact was actually made to my shoulders.

I had a fantastic experience at Oo Spa today during my facial treatment with Mahnaz. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed by the staff. Mahnaz was incredibly sweet, professional, and truly skilled at her job. She took the time to explain every step of the treatment, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in good hands. The products she used felt amazing on my skin, and the results were fantastic. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I had an amazing time here with my mum. First time visiting and Mahnaz made it a great experience. The before and after was unbelievable. My sensitive / dry scalp feels so good and I got some good tips for moving forward. It was so relaxing and cozy, a whole experience from start to finish. What a first experience, if you love your head being rubbed this is the place! Valeria was very kind and was super helpful with my scalp issues. I would recommend anyone here!
